Terms of service

Last updated: 27 June 2026

This website is operated by 0161 Manc Limited, trading as TPU Patches. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TPU Patches.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any policies referenced on this website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website.

You may not use our products, website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

You must not transmit viruses, malware or harmful code.

A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order where we believe the order, artwork or customer conduct breaches these Terms, infringes third-party rights or may cause legal, operational or reputational issues.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the website or service without written permission from us.

3. Products & Services

TPU Patches supplies custom TPU 3D High Build transfers, raised transfers, custom printed transfers and related products.

Most products are made to order using customer-supplied artwork and specifications.

Product images, descriptions, samples and website visuals are for guidance only. Actual colours, finish, texture, size and appearance may vary depending on artwork, production process, screen display and material.

We reserve the right to update, change or discontinue products, prices or services at any time without notice.

4. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct, including:

  • Artwork
  • Size
  • Quantity
  • Product type
  • Colours
  • Delivery address
  • Contact information
  • Any special instructions

Your order is accepted when we begin production, dispatch the goods or otherwise confirm acceptance.

We may contact you if artwork is unsuitable, unclear or requires further information. This may delay production.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store full card details.

Prices are shown in GBP. VAT and shipping charges will be displayed where applicable at checkout.

6. Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for supplying artwork that is suitable for production.

We print and produce from the artwork supplied by the customer.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect artwork, poor-quality files, low resolution, spelling mistakes, incorrect sizing, unwanted backgrounds, incorrect colours, transparency issues or other artwork errors.

We do not provide full artwork checking, proofing, design correction, background removal, resizing or file repair unless this has been specifically agreed in writing.

7. TPU 3D High Build Suitability

TPU 3D High Build is a specialist raised transfer product.

Not all designs are suitable for this production method. Bold logos, text, shapes and badge-style designs usually work best.

Fine lines, very small text, gradients, soft fades, transparent effects and extremely detailed artwork may not produce the desired result.

By placing an order, you accept that the final product may vary depending on the suitability of the supplied artwork.

8. Colour & Finish

We make every effort to produce high-quality transfers, but colours may vary from on-screen visuals, digital proofs and previous orders.

TPU 3D High Build transfers have a raised, textured finish and will not look or feel the same as standard flat DTF transfers.

Small variations in height, texture, edge finish, colour and appearance can occur and are not classed as faults.

9. Copyright & Design Ownership

By submitting artwork to TPU Patches, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to use it for reproduction.

You confirm that your artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark, intellectual property right or other third-party right.

If a legal owner contacts us regarding artwork supplied by you, they may be directed to you as the customer.

You agree to indemnify TPU Patches, 0161 Manc Limited and its employees against any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from your supplied artwork or your breach of intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any artwork that we believe may be unlawful, offensive, infringing, misleading or unsuitable.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at orders@tpupatches.co.uk.

We will do our best to help if production has not started.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot usually be changed, cancelled or refunded unless the product is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.

11. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Custom printed products are generally not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind once production has started.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

12. Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked services.

Delivery times are estimates only unless a guaranteed delivery service has been selected and confirmed.

Once an order has been dispatched with tracking, delivery is handled by Royal Mail. We are not responsible for courier delays, weather disruption, strikes, missed deliveries, seasonal delays or other events outside of our control.

We are not liable for missed deadlines, business loss, loss of profit, lost revenue, customer refunds or consequential losses caused by Royal Mail delays or events outside of our control.

13. Application & Use of Products

Customers are responsible for applying transfers correctly and following the pressing instructions supplied or published by us.

We are not responsible for failed application, garment damage, transfer damage or poor results caused by incorrect heat, pressure, pressing time, peeling method, unsuitable garments, incorrect storage or failure to test.

We recommend testing before applying transfers to valuable garments or large production runs.

14. Website Information

We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, cancel orders or change prices where necessary.

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the collection and use of your information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profit
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of contracts
  • Loss of reputation
  • Missed deadlines
  • Wasted garments
  • Customer refunds
  • Production delays
  • Courier delays
  • Application errors

For business customers, our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather, extreme temperatures, fire, flood, power cuts, equipment failure, supplier issues, courier disruption, strikes, pandemics, government action, material shortages or other circumstances outside our control.
