The raised finish completely changed the look of our hoodies. We tested our logo as standard DTF first, then tried the TPU 3D High Build version and the difference was massive. It gives the garments a much more premium, retail ready feel.
Perfect for our brand badges. The TPU transfers gave our designs that premium look without needing embroidery or stitched badges. Really clean finish, great texture and easy to press.
Customers noticed the difference straight away. We used the raised TPU prints on a small clothing drop and they instantly made the pieces feel more expensive. The detail, depth and rubber feel looked spot on.

Designed for small raised TPU logos up to 10cm, ideal for breast logos, sleeve badges, caps, bags and premium brand details. These are custom-made from your artwork with a raised rubberised finish and optional gloss, thickness and background/outline details.
Important Information
TPU patches require a die-cut background or outline. Very fine detail, tiny text, gradients and soft fades may not be suitable. Bold shapes, clear logos and badge-style designs work best.

Most small TPU patch orders are usually produced within 2–4 working days, depending on order size, artwork suitability and current workload. Delivery time starts once your order has been dispatched.

Use the notes box after uploading to tell us which areas you want raised, gloss, different thickness levels, background colour or outline colour. If no notes are supplied, our designer will choose the most suitable finish.
Pressing Information
Pressing Information
Cover with silicone paper and press at 150°C for 15 seconds. For polyester, we recommend 140°C instead. Always test first before applying to valuable garments or large runs. View videos and images on our Help Centre.
